I have been sniping a few tables of 3/6 here and there though, so I'm sure the at least the same is possible at 2/4.
I started out playing 2/4, then 3/6, then 5/10, then 10/20, then 20/40, then some 30/60 and 40/80. I wouldn't have moved up if I didn't win at every level.
To win at limit you just need to be very disciplined and very able to adjust to differing table conditions. If you can do those two things and fold when you miss and don't have odds
to draw, you can win at limit. It's not hard. It's just boring. Like watching paint dry boring.
