You will face these months every so often. Most of it is running bad, and then that conditions you to be afraid, which then, causes you to play worse.
There are no right answers on how to avoid this pain. You must find some ways to feel supported, and not concerned with the results (easier said than done).
If it were me, I would do a few things...
Take a few days off, and study every bit of poker content I'd ever read. Id sweat a friend as much as possible. I might put a $100 bet on a roulette
table to reset my brain. And, when I do return, I'd play the easiest game for me to beat (which would be full ring, in my case). Id also shorten up my session times and go over hand histories ALOT for the next few days.
Getting drunk could help as well =)
