This style is quite common in micro to low limit. Players play somewhat tight preflop with any pairs, Ax, KQ, but postflop they call you down to the river with A high, so there is no folding equity. They call down their blinds with anything, so forget about stealing.
The only way I know how to play this game is to play high cards to compare with their high cards, but where does the profit come from? If play tighter than them, the 6 max blinds will eat me up.
Am I misunderstanding something? I read a couple of times Winning in Tough Holdem Games by by Nick "Stoxtrader" Grudzien, and I still can’t figure it out.

Learn to play postflop. If they're calling down with ace high & such, they're extremely exploitable to light value bets. However, you're right. They're playing close to optimally other than being a station postflop, so you should probably table select more.

Everyone will call you with Ace high if you are trying to steal a pot with a very small raise or with illogical overbet.

My advice: Learn how to bet properly based on who is the preflop aggressor, your position and what's on the board

What c9 said.

But, I think ANY passive LHE game is beatable. Passive limit play is not profitable and very exploitable.

Don't bluff, don't steal, don't try to push people off hands.

Establish a loose/aggressive "wild" image and then tighten up and value bet them to death.

Establish a loose/aggressive "wild" image
If you're playing 6-max limit hold'em correctly, it shouldn't take much at all to establish this image...

I have had moderate sucess with FR on party poker same scenario. What surprises me is the amount of aggro bluffing and betting and no one is very willing to fold.

Well I mean you have to be very lucky in these and are forced to play with not very good hands. I stay away because the participants in these are calling stations. Playing good poker will not help you. I recommend you just stay away.
