BigD, I've read and replied to a couple of your posts and you seem to have decent preflop instincts. Your preflop play isn't bad, you raise your good hands, your not afraid to 3 bet, and your hand selection is good, but you need to work on your post flop play.
I like that your first instinct is to CBet after raising preflop but your sizing is a little off and you might want to pay a little more attention to position and board texture.
In the hand above you correctly raised with QQ and followed with a CBet, also good. But your sizing was way too small, really not much more than your original bet.
This flop might look innocent enough, but there's a lot going on here. Any pair is going to call as well as any flush draw and possibly (but unlikely) some straight draws. While it's true that this flop misses many hands that would call a raise preflop, the ones that hit it will likely call most continuation bets. You likely have the best hand so why not go ahead and charge them for the privilege of seeing another card? Thomasguy above says $30. That sounds about right.
So on to the really bad stuff. You muffed the turn badly. You never mentioned starting stacks so I'm just going to assume you were all topped off, if so then your allin was a major spew. It looks like you panicked when the turn brought in the flush draw which is probably the most likely holding of at least one of your opponents.
It's okay to take your foot off the gas sometimes. In poker your winnings come as much from the money you don't lose as the money you do. A penny saved is a penny earned.
That said, you shouldn't get discouraged. You're asking the right questions and getting some good feedback. Results will follow.
