Stack: 400$, 6max Nl 1$/2$ ring game
Pre-flop:
Ive got A8 off in the BB and everyone limps. I raise to 16$ to punish the limpers and take an OOP lead. UTG+2, HJ, and SB call.
Flop: 10c As 3s
(Pot: 64$)
I lead out 44$ UTG+2 and HJ call.
Turn: 10d
(Pot: 196$)
Bot opponents have less than 20 bb so i put them both allin.
UTG+2 shows 10-2 off
HJ show AQ
River: 6c
Should i have been less aggro. I didnt know at the time that the guy to my left was a fish who calls preflop raises with 10-2. I pretty much felt obligated to put them all in on the turn for 3 reasons.
1. I had top pair with a reasonable kicker (probably rly marginal)
2. They were both significantly shortstacked
3. I had already invested so much into the pot.
Does this situation make me seem like a donk. I know I overplayed it. What could I have done differently?
