3 handed(I'm assuming, improper hand history...) I am fine with opening with QTo, but you should have made it more already having a limper in to .14 or .16.

It's on the flop where you made your first mistakes. Very wet board, you bet 1/2 pot with an overcard to your pair, 3 to a flush and a straight draw on board. The bet, I don't care as much about as I do the call. When you have a guy raise you and another call, you should be folding as someone has connected much better than you.

The Turn play is terrible. Once again, you have someone show aggression, another call, and now you bring in the straight draws that just got there.

Fold the flop reraise, if not definitely the Turn. That two pair is rarely good here.
