Every hand: Watch him as he gets his cards for a tell. Watch him on the flop, turn & river. Watch his betting patterns. Pay attention to his hole cards when possible so you can put him on a range of hands. Get into his skull. Then manipulate him into giving you his stack.
Tighten up (22+AQ+ unless on the button), open for a raise or limp and back raise big hands. Contrary to popular belief you can limp small pairs if stack sizes warrent calling his likely raise in order to set mine. Be prepared to stack off somewhat light pre-flop (maybe as weak as JJ or AQ) or on a flop that does not wreck your hand unless you are very deep.
If very deep, consider limiting yourself to very big hands(see above) and hands that can bust him post flop, especially when you have the button.
Accept you may get bullied until you stack him or have a hand you are willing to risk a lot of chips on. Remember that his bet does not always represent a strong hand. You can trap, but be careful. You will have a bumpy ride playing this guy. Expect bigger swings when he is playing.
Personally I like to play with players like this. It is fun. Employ plays like CR all in with strong draws (15+ outs), donking strong hands on the flop, and using the limp and back raise big with AA, AK and KK pre flop. They often fight right back and will get it in bad. I only trap if the guy is a paper tiger. (aggressive, but folds to any pressure)
