How would you strategize against this player in 10NL

I recently analyzed some of my past sessions. Since I don't have a HUD, I compiled the information myself in a spreadsheet to mimic some of the basic PF stats a HUD would give you. I found the following information for myself.

20% VPIP
12% PFR (1% 3-bet)

As I have now started to really analyze weaknesses and leaks in my game, I was wondering if the community could help out here. Particularly, I am interested in knowing how you would attack a player like this. If you are out of position against them, what would your basic strategy be? What about in position?

One thing that popped out right away was my lack of aggression with most of the speculative hands in this range, so I have started to be more aggressive with them and am seeing improved results since I have made that change. Please be open with some of the strategies you would use to assist me in finding potential leaks in this game. I can provide some hypothetical examples if you think that would be useful.

Thanks.

VPIP = Voluntary put money in the pot. That means he will call your raise/limp 20% of time. This would be about 1 of 5 hands, he will call.
PFR = Pre flop raise. That means he will raise preflop 12% of the time. That would be somewhere at 1-2 hands out of 10.
I would say he is just a recreational player. He plays in position any broadway I guess and out of position A10+ 22+(limp/raise depending on what pair he has) and suited broadways.
Be careful you may find him also with some suited 4 gapped hands like K7s+ Q8s+.

Fold to his 3-bets unless you have KK+. He's basically not 3-betting with worse than QQ+, AK.

The gap between VPIP and PFR means he's (cold)calling a bit too much and not raising/3-betting enough. Most often this means he's defending his blinds too often. Don't steal too light when he's in the BB.

Are these stats 6-max or full ring?
If full ring, nit up a bit more and aggro up a bit more, if 6-max, aggro up a lot.

TimovieMan, these stats are full ring. I experimented with 3-betting a little wider lately and it seems to be working. I believe opponents have been putting me on this strong range and I'm winning more preflop because of it.

I've also reduced cold-calling hands like my small suited connectors, opting to fold them more to raises and taking SPR into account more. Thanks for the feedback here.

think your gap in vpip and pfr is a bit high, and think your 3b is really low(think should be closer to 5%)

so maybe try to be more positionaly aware and raise more in position and 3bet more vs villans that fold to 3b and in position
