Hello guys. Last year. I had really good run. I had 100k in tournament earning. And there's couple months I played 2-5 that I never lose 1 session. I played about45-50 session within that 2 months. About 30k profit. But now. I'm on the huge downswing. I don't know if anyone ran into the situation like me. I got set over set 5times in two months. Lose AA vs Ak in pre for 5600 total. It was on 5-10 cash game. KKlose JJ 3600 in pre. KK LOSE TO QQ in pre for 2700. And set over set 5 time that coast me at least 10k. And there some other hand that some one only has 20 or 25 percent to win the hand and hit it. Cost me over 5000. Everything I write it here is 100 percent true I swear. ! And lose 13k on Vegas . Now I feel very very depressed and not motivated. I used to love play poker but now I became afraid. I lose my 80 percent of my bankroll. What should I do. How am I able to bounce back . Or should I just quit play poker. Please post you comment. Anything helps.

Bankroll management.

If you lose that much of your roll in a short time, it's because you were playing too high stakes. Drop down.

I've never played live cash. Black stripes in the life of everyone there. Throw the poker for a couple of weeks, go do something else, distracted for a while. You have to mentally return to its previous state when you are winning. Tactics advise you not to change. Read the life story of some sort of poker stars .As such people overcome these setbacks in the game. What specifically read or offer of life poker stars can not. I'm still a young player.
Good luck to you .

I only play 2-5 now. Used to be very comfortable play 5-10.

Thanks. I'm taking the break. I try to focus other thing beside poker. But I know I'm not able to handle the badbeat well. My mentality is poor.
