Never.

Its a 3bet pot, villain bet the flop and then check called the turn. He likely has a pair here ( well duh obv since we can see results of the hand ). And not many pairs that he would 3bet with pre are ever folding to a river bet. His line screams JJ and maybe 99 or a weak tight QQ.

What are you repping when you bluff? Tx? 3x? Certainly not AA/KK! Not gonna happen man.

Just fold the flop imo without a good read that villain is 3betting wide enough for you to profitably call here.

+1 the above. The pots big enough that even a shove gives 3:1. I don't see better folding, same goes for the turn actually.

his hand looked exactly like what it was.

4 bet call pre imo, you're never blowing him off his hand.

This is either a 4bet or fold pre. If he's loose just 4bet/call it off and if he's tight just fold to the 3bet.

Nobody goes all in pre at my stakes with a hand worse than AK.So ,you suggest folding at the 3 bet preflop.

Could you explain ,why it is bad to see a flop (and float) in position with AK?

Is AK a stantard 4bet/fold when 3bet?How about JJ,QQ?

Can you give me some reasons for not calling-floating them when IP?

.

I play 10nl and thats just Tosh... if your 3 betting enough you make people make mistakes. + most of the money comes from when they fold pre with AK.

So ,you suggest folding at the 3 bet preflop.
You cant get an answer to so questions without giving stats or reads? I mean who are we playing against? the answer is going to vary on opponent. Try and be a bit more specific.

you really should look at how your are posting your hands. give stats, and the reasons behind your thoughts. what you think his hand range is here, what you think he will fold etc..

Can you give me some reasons for not calling-floating them when IP?

Ok so your not 4 betting this guy becaue you think he is tight (QQ+).Why would you ever want to float someone with such a tight range?

Pre flop was fine. Calling when you wiffed the flop was a mistake. Villian is only behind if he 3 bet AQ or AJ; your overcards are a long shot against any pair. Even if he was 3 betting light with a hand like JTs you are in trouble. It has been a while since I played 10nl, but I do not remember floating working very well for me at that level. Most players seemed to think an overpair was the nuts.
