Yesterday I didn't play great at all. In fact, my poor play was the sole factor of giving me a losing session. I was involved in 3 hands that I had no business being in at all. It haunted me all evening. I am more focused and ready to play today, but what kind of things/tips do you have for moving past a day where you play poorly?

Man, exist bad days in the poker... Bad lucky only...

there are days when the bad luck which means 10% of poker're not vo

ae usually when we start to lose a lot, lost his head and gets worse ... then you better stop on

good, I do not agree ... I won three tournaments last 1.2 and 2 position when I returned the night had lost and then some with two pair of kings ...

but if not would ruin the day I think we would not be so addicted kkk

My opinion

I think you need to practice on freerolls. Get back in the pattern of hitting your hands again. Poker is like that sometimes you win three hands in a row sometimes you lose three hands. The luck usally runs for 3 day periods.

Just nit it up and play better/make tight folds until you get your confidence back. Dont expose yourself to high variance plays.

Play another game or quit the game but if you can just try to be emotionless say", they are just money, i made the correct decision" really helps me :D

This thinking is harmful... if you adjust and begin playing tighter or looser its a form of tilt and before you know it you aint playing optimal

You need to go back what was working for you and play solid abc poker.

Study more and just work on your mindset and leaks in the game

No Just continue playing optimal poker... The error is changing anything or making over adjustments.

When you start playing tighter your just playing scared poker... Looser poker your just doing winners tilt.
