Hello all,

Since I'm rather new to poker, I still have some basic questions. I notices on the forum a lot of people showing nice graphs. How do you get these? I'm playing at Full Tilt and I've not found it yet on the site.

I've read there is specific software available to do those things. Where can I find info on this subject ?

thx

There are a number of different ways to see graphs. There are websites where you can view stats or you can use software such as HEM or Poker Tracker and others. Some sites only chart cash games, some target tourneys but for a real accurate look at your stats you need software on your PC and you need to save your hand histories. In FT and stars, for example, you need to set this up from the site itself, it does not automatically save your HH.

As fletchdad said....best software to use is...

HEM

Poker Tracker

I would just google them if i were you, i'd post links for you but forums aren't too fond of links to other pages.

also pokertracker has like a 60 trial compared to only 15 day for HEM...so you could always do a trial version.

these programs do cost ~$90

Could you give me some exemples of sites where to go to to get graphs? What is the input for these graphs? I just started cash games on Cake and would like to keep some statistics of my game.

officialpokerrankings, sharkscope, pokertableratings to name a few. But they may not be real accurate. Some only chart cash games, some tourneys, and not all your games will be tracked a lot of the time, and I dont know if all poker rooms are tracked by these sites, so if you really want an accurate graph you will need some software. There may be some free stuff if all you want is an overview of your games, I am not sure. Google is your friend in these matters. But as PattyR said, free trials for both the mentioned programs, then you have graphs for at least the next 10 weeks.

pokertracker microstakes version is only 45 dollars and that does tournament and SNG's uptoo like 11 dollars, and cash games upto 25NL so you can always buy that after ure 60 day trial and then if u make it higher than those stakes you can upgrade to full version for another 40 or so dollars
