If I do a cash session video to have my play analyzed how long should it be? And should I talk about why i do certain things while they happen to if if my reasoning was correct or way off base?

I also look forward to seeing your vid. I did one a few months ago (didn't post it here, more circulated among friends), it was extremely helpful to do it, and the feedback was even more helpful.

If you haven't done one before, few things to think about -

1. Compress the video if it's going to be downloaded instead of streamed. I think there's a stickied thread in the video section from icemonkey9 on the topic.
2. If multitabling, set a preferred seat at each table if you haven't already - I didn't, and got feedback that it was difficult to follow the action cuz you had to "find" me on the table (I 4tabled the vid).
3. Turn on the options to display bet size if you don't already have it enabled - makes it easier to see what's going on.
4. If you have a plan of action at any point in the hand, outline it briefly. "MP is laggy, I'm planning on floating any uncoordinated flop here on the btn, so I'm flatting behind him pf." Definitely say why you're making different choices through the hand, choosing betsizes, etc.

Hope you find doing this as helpful as I found mine...
