I am planing to start a cash game bankroll on zoom and regular tables...cos of of limited timing due to work and other busy things in life..

I was wondering about how long it takes to play 4k to 5k hands in a day?

I know this number can be reached faster in zoom tables as well as playing 2 to 4 tables, but in general how long will it take do you think?

Same about tournaments as well, depending on how many sitNgos you play? also, what are the difference between tournaments and cash in terms of reaching 4000 hands in a day?

thanks :D

You can play around 1k/hour on zoom when 4 tabling, so you're looking at 4-5h

pretty much what micro said above. 1 day should be enough if your multitabling zoom.

yeah what they said, I'll just add that # of hands mean nothing when it comes to tracking anything for sng's or mtt's.....determining how good you are long run in those is based on the # of games.

on Normal tables I play 100 hands/h and on zoom 200 hands/h.

I suggest you that you look at things differently. Do not make a goal of playing a number of hands per day. Your goal should be to play as long as you play your A game. Do not force yourself over the limit because your winrate will drop a lot, and you will not be able to sustain it because of the stress. To increase the number of hours you play you need to train yourself and that takes time.

Multitabling 24 tables it'll take a couple of hours... for less tables considerably more... About a year ago I was aiming for 6K hands a day and was doing this 12 tabling and it used to take about 4 hours.I use a multimonitor system and placemint. See the attached picture.
