Any recommendations?Watching videos of good players, and reading some of the better ebooks available are both good.
It sounds like you have read quite a bit maybe try and use what you've learned on the tables. I like to compare poker to golf in that you can go and learn from a pro but in the end we all have our unique swing. In poker we can learn what to do in situations, what hands to open with etc but your game will be just a little different than mine, find that difference and embrace it. If this doesn't work try posting some hands here and get some feedback on what you did or didn't do wrong. Good luck on the felts!
I do not know what else to study to improve on cash games, what material do they recommend?
