or

I'm a MTT player, but I think that in the cash game everything is more complicated and there you have to constantly work on your game.

Spin n Go are all luck factors. Playing poker for hours require much more than luck.

Cash games require so much more skill than any other form of poker that it is not even close. If you do not like variance, stick to cash - stable incline / decline. You can always adjust your game, and have no less than 100BBs at the table.

If you feel like playing Bingo, go for the tournaments, spin & gos, beat the clock, suck the d*** or whatever the game is now, which is filled with donkeys getting 0 punishment for their bad play.

While this forum is in English, you need to keep in mind that we have members from all over the world here. Many come here and their English is not so good, but they keep trying and it gets better and better. Belittling someone who is trying isn't helpful, it's just rude. How many languages do you speak? ;)

Cash games are very different from tournaments

Cash games are very different from tournaments. In tournaments, it depends more on the element of luck. What to win in the cash game you need to have a discretion and patience, because at stake live money and not just chips. I like to play cash games more, because you can win so quickly and at any time get up from the table

Cash games are the early phase of tournaments where you can afford ot lose 25% of your stack and still not be considered 'short-stacked'.

Basically the early-phase of a tournament is identical to a cash game. You should truly play them identically until the blinds increase so that you are in 24 or less M-zone (if you don't know what M-zone is, google it).
