Just wanted to get some thoughts on how other people played this. Check fold, play aggro, peel off a street? Keep going all the way?

It depends on your opponents.
Without info, fold is the more logical response to any action.

It depends on how it was played preflop for me. Say you were in middle position and raised pre and only had the big blind defend more than likely you're still ahead. If a limper called you if they do have an ace it's probably A-9 or lower and if you're playing at decent stakes you might get them off an ace. But if you reraised someone and they got in there they probably have A-10JQ if they bet the board. I will always Cbet a A high flop with KK if you get reraised you are probably beat. If you're in position and they raise I call to see if they give up on the turn and maybe you can get to showdown. It really all depends on stakes, the player and position for me.

my friend in my humble opinion the hands as AA KK QQ you must play depending on the player you face, because it is not the same to play a KK hand against a villain of which you have no information, to play against one who does You have information on your game.

Definitely depends on the pre-flop action and tendencies of villain to play ace rags. Most likely behind if you get too much action on a cbet. Whatever you do, don't blow up the pot :)

In each case, it is played differently. It's better if you know against whom you play with QC. You must consider the importance of the game, the size of the stack, your position at the table, whether there was a raise in front of you. The flop is already looking at the map on the table and making decisions.

In most cases with a check., which is why we have stronger hands like some weaker Ax 2 pair or sets in our flop checking range to protect our checking range. That way people cant just blast us of hands knowing we are weak when we check.

i probably wouldnt even bet--if they call you they probably got an ace and if they dont they would fold so why not let them bluff some chips--just keep calling if they make small bets-

Depending on the bet size, you can call one street and then reevaluate on the turn, because a lot of the time they will check it down. Depending on your position, you can also raise one street, because a lot of the time, they will also check it down. If you get re-raised, you can always lay it down but at least you know you're beat. I honestly think I've probably been more profitable by not being so scared of an A high board when I have KK.

agree with angelasmith, play aggressive unless someone hits you with a re raise and some point. hopefully the reraise comes sooner rather than later....hahah.

Generally, I would try to reach the showdown cheaply. It's a common WA/WB situation, you can't figure out where you are most of time. So try to lose less if you are behind. If you are ahead you will win at the showdown anyway, but it's usually hard to get value from a weaker hand in such situation. If I was a preflop raiser with KK out of position, and the flop comes let's say A37, I most likely would not c-bet there. Instead of this, I would check/call letting my opponent make bluffs sometimes. I could check/call one or two streets depending on my opponent. But no matter what I would try not to move my entire stack in the middle with this pair. If I'm in position on a A-high flop I would not bet too, I would check behind. Intsead of betting flop, I will try to bet on the turn if my opponent checks again.
Of cause, if there're any draws on the board, betting could be nice too. You need to defend your hand from a draw and you more likely will get paid from worse hands (generally draw hands).

I will try and get 3 king on the flop and if i do not i will fold most of the time. Because i loss a lot more with pairs in my hand then i win all the time

Keep the pot small. Checking or using blocker bets to keep it as small as possible. You still have showdown value but the last thing you want is to get sucked out by an ace for all of your chips. Aim to control the pot size and it will be a lot less harmful for you. If you face large raises/re-raises then (as hard as it sounds) you might have to lay the KK down :(

Also, what you do post-flop will massively depend on how they played pre-flop and if you know how they play in general.

It depends on what position you're in, and how much people are betting. It helps to know the players as well.

depends on how much was raised preflop, i generally expect donks to stick around with an ace of any flavor. thats a tough one.

Playing Kk on highboard

well for me , i ll check and see if my opponent raise that means he is bluffing or havé better hand, if hé raises better thing to do a high reraise, that s the moment where you havé to see what hé will do and you ll havé better chances to win thé hand
