I haven't played poker in little over a year now and its been 3 days ongoing were I can't win. Constant suck-outs/ coolers on the river, which is becoming normal now. Players are now calling with trash hands pre-flop like 74 against my kings and either hitting straight or full houses on the turn/ river. I've been playing abc poker which I think is okay for 20nl. I'm currently down 25 buy-ins and just can't take it anymore. Does anyone have any advice? I also played about 15,000 hands too.

If your losing with one pair at the river it's not really a cooler, if it is a 3 bet pot I guess I could give that some leadway. The most common hand won at showdown is 2pair, it seems like your just looking at your hand and not folding to any agression. If the table is overly loose preflop feel free to raise bigger than standard.

Hey, you're back!! Good to see ya again!!! Well mostly what jsh said you probably overestimate your hand by the river and probably still fire even that you know that you dont beat much...

think of it this way,
what weaker will pay me there, this, this and this ===>value bet
what stronger he might fold, thi this and this===>bluff

point is that you always need to know what are the reasons for betting not jus bet cuz you wanna make agro image.

About the real coolers, well i guess just move on, i have had some sick coolers too some sick downswings too, been 15bi under the EV and stuff but 25 bi down are more probably some major leakage in you game than just coolers, switching to one stake lowed and fix game would help, posting some hands or stats would help but as i recall from time before you rarely want to cooperate to people who wanna help you, right? you rarely respond to threads you have opened in past, would it change this time? Youre bit older now, you can probably handle stuff on a more mature way than before...

looking forward for some feedback...
