Return aggression and use position. Oh, and eat oreo's while playing of course..
I prefer him on my left, then I get to see how the table respondz...juz keep limpin
Like all things poker, it depends. If the agro guy is sitting on your left, the only thing to do is leave. If he is on your right, then you wait for good starting and flopping hands. I would play passively preflop and on the flop if he is betting. On the turn I switch and go agro 3-betting decent hands and good draws.
It is exploitable, but most agro players won't notice or have the ability to take advantage.
You prefer an aggro guy on your left? You aren't phil Ivey... Wise up
Actually it depends how aggressive someone is. It never happens in online poker but in my friends there are 2 guys who make 18 BB open raise and have a very wide all in call range. Needless to say that these 2 players have lost a ton of money in our home games.
People call their raise loosely so let's say I am sitting on their right. I limp with a premium hand, he raises and gets 2 callers. Now when the action gets around to me its just a dream scenario.
What do I do with AQ if I am sitting on his left? Do I shove hoping nobody else has a monster? If I am sitting on the right and someone else shoves before me then it becomes an easy fold.
Then there are agro players who are easily trapped when they are IP with their relentless barrelling.
So online I wouldn't want to sit on the right of an agro but in a full ring live game there is a certain benefit to it.

I think youre looking at that from a skewed perspective, maybe against those two super spewy guys it might have some benefit play some cards. But what happens when you have 89s and want to see a flop, you call and he spews 10bb. How many calls can you make and whiff before you cant keep calling his huge raises with speculative hands, and youre losing chips rapido.
I don't call their pre raises because they never give the right odds even with pairs unless we are sitting really deep. Its all in or fold decision with such ridiculous raises.

Thats what i meant, so everytime you limp/raise with a speculative hand, youre getting raised, and probably folding. So you lose chips there.
Or you play less hands, and a tighter range, in which case if he has any brains he just wont play against you, and you lose value.
Stand up and find another table xD
Unfortunetely, I have to agree with this statement if we are talking about online poker. I have witnessed to many players how they are pushing "all in" in every single round and winning against hands like AA more than once in the roll.Wait wait and wait.
