It's a good question this; What are the maths involved and is there a quick simple way to calculate like figuring out the odds for your hand to improve (i.e. number of outs * 4 if two cards to come, *2 if one card to come etc).
If somebody does answer your question, will you not bother to read it properly like you just did with my comment?

Simple....
Go on pokerstove/equilab and put TT in for hero and the range of hands mentioned for player 2 and click evaluate....that will be the equity pre against that range.....43% equity for the tens.
