Okay, I'm a SS player myself. Starting with 40bb getting to 100bb is always nice. My personal mindset, not really a strategy, is when I doubled up I'm 'freerollling' with other players money now. So with this in mind I tend to loosen up my range. Being short, we want to play TAG, this is bc when we get into the hand, we are playing to go all in by the turn.
Now once we have that 200bb stack, depending on the players of course, we want to be more aggressive. Taking more stabs at checked pots, 3betting more, c/r semi bluffs and draws. Your play should start to change. Bc it makes it hard for other players to pin you down on a certain playing style, and you become harder to read.
To sum it all up, with more chips, take more risks.
