After my first big downswing things normalized a bit but now I have hit another one (-7.5 buyins in 500 hands. Yup, I am the man.).

I tried analyzing if the problem is luck or am I really that bad so I took a look at "Races" tab under "Reports" in HEM2.

Turns out my "Net won USD"*** in races is 105.05$ while total "$ (EV adjusted)" is 74.49$.

So, difference between those two is 30.56$.

*** My actual total "Net Won USD" is 55.72$ over 31k hands for around 9 bb/100 win rate after the horrible beating I took last night.

Does that mean I have:
- been unlucky since I should have won 30.56$ more while going All In
- been unlucky since I should have won 74.49$ more while going All In
- the other way around

I have now played 31k hands so this is not completely short term thing and the difference in numbers if we look at percentage is huge.
Besides I need to know if I have been exceptionally lucky (= I need to really dig into my decision making when stacking off) or unlucky (= I still need to improve but I am not that horrible right now).

Thanks for input.

It means you've been lucky. EV is the average if equity was handed out instead of running the hand. You are above equity.

Great, thx. I plan to do some thorough analyzing next week to see what is up there.
