I've seen some people talk about some disciplinary things, such as brm, tilting and playing to high of stakes, but this isnt my problem. I easily follow the 30 BI rule and I'm a big fan of it. My problem is sometimes it just feel like I'm just clicking away. (thing i hate about OLP). I'm calling bets when i shouldnt be. when i first start into a few tables i do quite well and think about the hands, but later on it just seems like im taking a lot less time to think about my hands and just start clicking away, calling 3bets, flipping coins, and calling bets on the river when i know i shouldnt be. so im wondering how to get out of this trigger happy mouse clicking thing and kind of think about me hands a little more and a little less clicking after a couple hours of playing 8 tables or so.

1. Less tables
2. Play several shorter sessions instead of one-two long ones.

Sounds to me like you already know what your problem is, and only you can fix it. When you feel your self starting to get reckless just leave the tables you are playing on and go for a walk or something.

I would say just take a break or stick to one or 2 tables, and play smaller stuff. Maybe even study up and read a little bit on poker

Yea I think I'm going to stick to 4 or 5 tables. I've thrown around enough money playing to many tables

I've had a similar problem in the past.. I'd generally start off well really well and then edge away...Then I thought whats going on? so I analysed my play while I was playing.

I found I was loosening up too much when my stacksizes got up and was a bit wreckless with calling... No matter how high my stacks or opponents, i'm worried about every single THING! and when I start getting sloppy... I walk away.

You'll see esp in live poker when tables have slowed down, people will take a break .. tables run hot and cold all the time. And keep your eyes on your target... Which should be play Good poker and the rest should fall into place unless. and if your losing more than winning. Read up
