Sorry I can't answer your question, but I just wanted to be a part of this 5* thread.

I'm going to present all my HHs like this from now on.

Limit Holdem, or Limited Holdem, as some prefer to call it, LIMITS the number & size of raises per street, as opposed to,
No, or Unlimited Holdem, which offers the opportunity, or threat, of an all in raise at any time.
Generally speaking, it is considered wise to understand the rules of the game afore investing money therein.
WVU not having an answer to your question likely means, the situation you describe has never occurred in Limited Holdem, so congrats on your participation in this historical event.

This is a question for Carbon support and not the forum.

If you are heads up, the number of raises can be uncapped (depends on if the house rules allow it or not). I have only seen this live. but a quick google suggests that this is also true on Merge. So, if this was three-handed, you would have be stopped at the normal number of raises. But, two-handed, you could each raise as long as the other person was willing. This is actually standard according to the "rules," but I've never seen it online. I, admittedly, don't play limit online very often.

From Robert's Rules of Poker
3. In limit poker, for a pot involving three or more players who are not all-in, there is a maximum of a bet and three raises allowed.

4. Unlimited raising for money games is allowed in heads-up play. This applies any time the action becomes heads-up before the raising has been capped. Once the raising is capped on a betting round, it cannot be uncapped by a subsequent fold that leaves two players heads-up. For tournament play, the three raise maximum for limit poker applies when heads-up as well.

Edit: In case I wasn't clear, you were playing two-handed on the flop. Once you were the only two players, there was no limit on the number of raises that could be made. Although, each raise should have still been limited to $0.02 more than the previous one. Congratulations. This is probably the best spot to be in when you discovered this.

In case you're wondering it is to prevent collusion that allows for ridiculous pot building when one of the two colluders has the nuts and decides to reraise you over and over and over.

Understand OP?

I used to play limit when I first started online and have been in this situation many times. Headsup, you can reraise until you are all in from any street. Until a raise is called, both players can continue to reraise. As stated before, two colluding players could trap a caller by reraising him all in, thus the limit of three raises per street. These are the normal rules on most sites for the situation. The site's rules will always show this, and as said before, it is wise to know all the rules before you put your money down, even if you are playing for spare change.:)
