My heads up play is a massive weak point in my game. does anyone know where i can find any good tutorials or advice? Thanks

yes and ever play the opposite of your opponet..when he plays aggressive play passive and wait for a hand to get his chips and if he is passive raise often because he often folds his hand

How massive a weak point? How often do you place 1st and 2nd?

If it's truely massive, then there's a quick fix you can use: If the blinds are high and you think your opponent is significantly better at this than you, shove any two cards. it's far from the optimal, but it's still a better strategy than playing passive. With high blinds, your opponent can't wait to have an overpair to call you and you will likely only be 40/60 underdog at showdown.

The optimal strategy is a little less aggressive and a little more tight than this, but only slightly. :)
