Hey guys and gals. This is what I've done.

-Studied every course on pokerology.com
-Read a couple of David Sklansky books.
-I watch poker after dark for fun. (Mostly tom dwan episodes)
-I play on Bovada (6 months)
-I've played live at my local casino a couple of times.

(Any suggestions as to where to keep learning?)

Here's my strategy. I play tight aggressive and am OCD about being in position. I'm the type to muck QQ if I have 2 reraises before me etc.

I 3 bet almost always.
I do try to isolate players to play them heads up.
I usually pay attention to whether or not theyre loose aggressive etc but lately I've been playing "Zone Poker".

My question is, what am I doing wrong? I manage my bank roll. I play .2/.5 games because I only had $100 dollars.

Every time I deposit $20, I get up to $50 and before I know it I'm back down to 0.

It's seriously happened to me 5x already.

Really hard to say.

I mean, even based on what you say you have an understanding of poker which is probably better than the players you're facing, so it could be variance or you're being to tight in spots, to loose etc.

Best advice I can give is to post hands on the forum, this will give a much better and clear picture on the things you might need to work on.

Is there any software to keep track of my played hands? Kinda to see what mistakes I'm making over the long term?

Yeah, either poker tracker or hold'em manager. I think you can get free trials on both you can check everything poker related with those :)

Yes get the software. Post hand history and stats when you have it.

We can help with individual hands and positional / 3bet etc leaks you may have.

Don't 3 bet too much. You don't need to do it every hand you play.

How many hands would you say you've played...it doesn't sound like many at all.

I personally would make a deposit of around 200 dollars and try to beat 10NL.

Also, a lot of what you are highlighting seems to be preflop play which is great, but preflop by itself doesn't make someone a good solid player.

It also seems you are taking some lessons a bit too far....while it is great to isolate LP players it isn't always best to isolate people. Also, you definitely should have a calling range in position.

I suspect you've simply played too few hands to come to any conclusions at all. Play 25 to 50k hands and then take a look at some stats.

I agree with studying your hands. You don't need to pay money for software that does it for you. Just read your hand history and most of the mistakes you made will be obvious when you look back through how the hand was played. If it's not very clear what you did wrong post the hand on here and everyone will be able to help you out.
From some of the other things you mentioned it seems your a very loose aggressive type player. You say you always 3 bet? Why? Players will catch on to these things and use it against you. Try mixing up your styles and tighten up more.
Its easy to get too confident after a few wins then blame your losses on variance. When in reality you've been too tight or too aggressive mixed with a few bad decisions.

At a guess I think he probably means pre flop he either folds or 3B's and likes to take control of the hand. Most strategy guides etc note this a lot and state how important it's to not call as much and always take control of the hand as I'm sure you're aware, but don't think 3B nearly "always" when involved in a hand is the correct approach. It could very well be at the micros as peoples ranges are so terrible so we can just 3B all our hands for value rarely if ever 3B bluff, which if he's doing that I guess it's not going to be terrible. I just feel we do need to have calling ranges a lot rather than 3B every hand we want to play.

I suspect you level up one notch on stake whenever you win or loss.

online poker, plays here are not so much bookline, standard, follows odds/probabilities, etc., which you may think you are doing it right.

That's exactly right. I play mostly only premium hands and I do muck say JQ out of position, if I don't feel like I can control the play I'll simply stay out of it.

What I mean by saying "i 3 bet often" is,
-if i'm in postion
-not many people are in the hand
-and i have a premium hand.

I think your problem might be you are playing on bovada. Have you cashed out or had problems with support?

I have never cashed out but support has been great and I've read really good reviews on them.

GTFO with your rigged theory.

Ignore this fool. You winning or losing has absolutely nothing to with cash out history.

OP: You don't need software to post hand history. Just take it from the site itself and post it up here. We can help try and plug leaks that way.

Sounds like you are playing solid poker, though might be different in reality.

We could debate to the nth degree about 3betting ranges, but really this is very minor details, when you could have huge leaks that will not be picked up unless we see you in action.

Best thing you can do would be post say 10 hands, your biggest 10 pots irrespective of outcome, will can then probably pick up on any issues with your game.

How many hands have you played...

What size of swings in BI (buy ins) are you talking about....

Without this information any comments are useless.
