Is it really bullying if you've got a good hand?
I'd be more interested in how a given hand measures up against the other circumstances: namely, our position, and our reads on the people left to act in the hand.
If we're in late position and the blinds are known to fold to pressure, then maybe any two cards will do it. If the blinds regularly attempt re-steals, however, I might want to make sure I've got a hand that can stand up to some action.
