I don't know your cards but i'll go with what I can see.

First of all when you squeeze we definetly want villain 1 to fold... If he calls he's marginal though or trapping so it's villain dependant.

Also you want to make sure you have stats on their 3% fold bet.

Okay we face a re-raise from Villain 2.... We really need a decent hand here, and most the time setmining OOP we won't get paid even if we do get the odds.

If we play suited connectors or medium/low pairs... we will lose money in the long run unless we play against fish who will pay us. PPL will tend to fold 3 to the flush and straightish looking boards.

So it comes down to JJ+ ... we got that we should opt for a 4bet. but again it all depends on villains and the action which they have showed us.

Villain 2 called behind UTG which shows weakness/ Villain 1 calls behind which shows weakness to ur raise.

I doubt these guys have premium hands. I'd say medium pockets TT JJ 99 AJ AQ perhaps type hands... if you got better than this range go it. but like I said not much info here.

Flop: we should pretty much float this board ATC especially if you thinking hitting the turn or river can win. IF you can't float this board with ur cards fold preflop.

FIT folding on the flop is generally weak tight and easy exploitable.

At 4NL, I'd raise to 0.28-0.30. We are out of position so we don't want to get a lot of callers so a bigger raise size might encourage some folds.

Why are you folding at the flop? I think you should be calling to float or let him continue and bluff his stack off to you. If he is short stacked, personally, I'd just put the rest of my chips in since you have an overpair to the flop.

When he flats in position and backraised you, usually it's overcards like AQ+ or 66-TT. There are exemptions however when if you have history with villain.
I do backraises like these with AA/KK if I know the players in the blinds are very agressive and find it hard to fold to 3 bets especially after seeing me just flatting in position
