When I am in the blinds, what kind of range would you recommend flatting with and raising with?

It depends.

You can widen your range when facing a loose opponent and be more tight when facing a tight player.

It depends on how often he is stealing. If he doesn't steal often, I'll check how often he bets turn and flop so I can plan whether I want to float and steal on later streets. If he bets/folds a lot, my range is extremely loose and I'll call with connectors, suited gappers, Kxs, Axs, any PP with a plan of what I want to do on the turn or river. If he doesn't steal often but loves barreling, I'll tighten my range a bit and I might get sticky with TP depending on his bet sizes.

If he steals often, my range will be extremely loose also. Whether I 3bet or call will depend on his fold to 3bet percentage and fold to cbet percentage. I will get super sticky with my PP, TP and MP hands depending on player type.

It's the worst mode to call the raise....you can reraise or push with decent hands at the raise from botton. BUT this kind of moves i recommend them in turbo mtts....in normal mtt or slow you must know your opponent if you want to make some weard moves :D
But after all the most important thing is to go deeply deep!

Against steals I like re-raising Ax hands and going for the resteal.

Against UTG & MP I like to fold most and not put marginal hands OOP

folds to me i'm raising ATC and leading all flops. Esp if BB is very tight and likes the fold button

Should change massively per opponent.
