So today i just won the biggest pot of my life!
And i cant beleive how it happened!
I was playing 0.50/1$ nl and i was 250 blinds deep and so was the villian.
I was in the small blind and got A10 off.
Everyone from utg limped and as they all were loose passive and calling station i decided to limp from small blind also.
Villian on the big blind deep stacked checks.
Flop came A 6 10 rainbow giving me top two pair.
I checked and immediate left villian bets 70% pot.
7 folds and actions back on me,
I have a proper read on villian he is super tight and super aggresive so considering his out of position bet i was concerned that he might have a set,
I decided to just call and see turn.
Turns comes a 3 of hearts giving a backdoor flush draw.
I checked to villian and to my surprise,
He shoved his 230 dollars into the pot of 16$,
I was very shocked seeing this move and i didnt wanted to call but after thinking for a very while i called and pot became 520$ and he turns over A2 off, just a pair of aces no kicker!
So thats how i won the biggest pot so far.
What do you think did i do the right thing by calling 230 into the pot of 16?

Yes it is tricky you will be up against 4 possible sets some of the time Aces and tens set doubtful though as you had blockers, but having top two was a good call your opponents jam looks fishy too if he had lets say 666:evil:why jam and scare you away I say opponent was tilting or drinking or something unless he had nut flush draw and it was an aggressive semi- bluff It never ceases to amaze me how many times in poker you can have second nuts and run into the nuts beware good luck in future:icon_thum

Yes, you did the right thing to call, only time you fold is if you have the specific information that villain is doing this overbet all ins with nuts. Villain is capped on AA and TT and 33.This move of him does not make sense no matter what he has, this is a high volatility spazz profile of player that you cant give credit.66 is the only thing you can be scared off, but you can not assign him only to these 3 combos so you have to call with that hand.
