First of all if my english is incorrect sorry for that not my mother language.. :)

Now to the post. I used to be kind of decend sng player but becausse of money problems i cashed everything out. Now getting back into poker after a 2 year break.

I find sng.. more boring i dont enjoy them as much as i used to. So i decided to play cashgames and some MTT tournaments on the side.

I am pretty much a new cashgame player but a very decend sng and MTT tournament player. ( played 22 dollar sng's full time and every now and then 55. 2 years back prob wouldnt stand a chance if i would start playing them now.)

But thats in the past. My focus is going to be on cashgames. Bassicly because i enjoy them more and i think thats the most important thing.

My new start whas with sng's and with some bonusses and winnings i ended up with around 130. Then changed from site for more bonus and a softer playing field.

Then I started playing 0,03/0,06 cashgames. and that went pretty damn well.. i have almost 3500 hands and a BB/100 of 25,56. So that whas perfectly fine. I whas planning on keep playing 6NL until i would have around $200, then moving till 10NL.

But i won big in a mtt tournament a $3 dollar 3 place finish for another $89. Of 320 players. So above $200 and i took my step into the deep. And the first session whas horrible. :D Lost 2 buyings played to loose for this level.
and now its going oke.. and built it back up to bb/100 8,20 nothing spectecular but a solid profit. (only 4.600 hands so that a little low.)

But what i whas wondering have more people switch over and what whas there experience?

To me the biggest difference whas playing 100 deep all the time.

Would like to hear your story's.

Well im sorry no one has replied to you yet. You seem to be doing just fine with a decent winrate. If you are looking to improve look at the polished poker study thread in the cash games forum. attached to that is some free training material posted by a successful cash game player by the name of John Anhalt. You can download the free workbook as a pdf and read/work through it.
His material has helped me improve from a small 5nl winner up to 25 and 50nl in about a year. Good luck on the felts and let us know if that material helps.

Im rooting for you - my experience is that tourneys and cash are so different if you are solid at tourneys stick with them. Ive also just gotten back into online some since black Friday - played for the last 45 days or so but the speed of play just seems so slow, I don't remember being so bored when I played full tilt - but when I try to play multiple tables my carpal tunnel just kills me the next day - lol. I guess I will go play some blackjack and limit hold em at the casino

They say in comedy, timing is everything. Waiting over 3 weeks to add that comment to the thread was pretty ingenious.
