I have a few questions for you micro full ring players regarding videos you watch/want to watch!

1) what videos would you like to watch to improve your FR game?
2) what format do you enjoy most? (HH review/sweat/live play etc)
3) what do you feel your biggest leaks are?
4) any other suggestions for videos? differences in stakes? what it takes to get to small stakes?

2) live play and sweat
3) playing 3bet pots (specifically flatting a 3b from the blinds ip), facing donk bets

ill think more about 1 and 4 but this is sweet!

1) I think you should do a series with like a beginner's video breaking down FR and how it differs from traditional 6m. Then have a video that expands further and is for a more advanced crowd who is more versed in FR.

2) Myself personally I enjoy HH reviews or review of a video session where you can take the time to explain thoughts and reasonings behind action . I feel like live ghosting doesn't leave enough time to get what needs to be said, said.

3) I think my biggest leak is I'm an aggrotard and you have to be tighter when playing the FR pokers.

4) no clue but I'll probably think of something and post it later.

HH reviews would be awesome imo. Also, some sort of intro to stats anlaysis and leak finding, both for ourselves and villains.

Obv i'd be willing to use my DB as analysis lol

Leak Buster shows that I play way too many hands and have am too aggressive in Full-Ring games. I mainly play 6 max, so this makes sense. There are really good vids in this program as well that are worth checking out.

I would like to see advice on how to deal with the different types of players you are up against in the micros.

Many advice videos run 4 tables and jump around the tables picking out the best hands to view. This is OK but I would prefer to just be concentrated on one table and deal with hands in more detail.

No instructional video I've watched covers what goes on when your card dead. How you can turn a profit when all you can do is bluff micro donks.

Must be more I'll keep thinking, great idea by the way.

so this!

but I think its because a lot of players play 6 max instead of FR, or like me, have no clue what to ask for.

I think the problem with 1 table is there is so many standard spots, especially at full ring that you really cant explain much about (like folding 46o UTG) that is all to be said about the hand.

Yeah, it'd be mostly pretty boring. The option would be to only review in in a hand replayer so that they can be sped up, or maybe at Zoom.

One thing that I've thought would be interesting would be to do a series of 3-4 sweats, each with a different player, and each at a different buy in level. That way you could look at how different levels play and the different types of mistakes that a regular player at that level makes. A lot of work, but it'd be really valuable for players thinking about moving up or evaluating themselves against different levels of play.

Funny you should say that, that is the idea I have actually decided on !
1 vid on 2/5nl, 10nl, 25nl, 50nl and 100nl :)
Just have to get my dissertation out of the way then I am going to start putting some ideas about wha to cover in each video!

Dibs 10nl. I play 6max tho :(

Love the different levels idea and I prefer live sweats or review of hh's. The reason we have leaks is because we do things we don't know are wrong so having someone stop us and say this isn't standard like maybe we think is the best for me.

Great ideas Jake.
