I think it was a good fold even after seeing what they showed up with. What do you think? Is this a fold for you as well?

basically you are facing a 4 bet which puts you all in on a very very loose table. easy fold. You might be ahead preflop but with the way the raising went I would think im behind at least on 1 hand. even if I had the chance of getting heads up against the SB I would still think Im behind and needed to get lucky. I fold preflop/

Yep 100% fold vs a cold 4bet and 5bet.
AK is probably at most 40% equity here.
Easy fold.

With a cold 4 & 5bet you really should be laying this hand down a large portion of the time. But if you now the other players who have a wide range bet hands like A5s or KJs as a bluff you could work in a call but in this situation not having good reads I’d fold her and regardless of the outcome be happy with my lay down. It’s a great starting hand but at best your racing or behind a huge part of the ranges your facing

Folding AK to a cold 5-bet or even 4-bet is the standard play and never a big mistake. However that being said these guys are goofballs. Their raise sizes are way to small, and most of the HUD stats are terrible, so they are probably goofing around with a lot of silly hands, they should have folded.

So when I see this, I see a ton of dead money on the table. And you are only in really bad shape, if someone has exactly AA, which is unlikely, if their ranges are way to wide. So I would have shipped it all in and wished them good luck. In general we should not be afraid to gamble it up a bit with bad players like these.

Yeah the ridiculous stats albeit small sample is what made me question the lay down. In normal circumstances with semi reasonable stats, I fold this to a cold 4/5bet no question.

Very easy and very good play.It would be madness if you reacted differently than this.

This looks like a completely fine fold to me.

Proud of you for having the awareness to know that AKs doesn't have to be an all-in hand in every situation!

I agree, AKs is usually a fold to a cold 4B/5B, however the stats of the players on the table make me think it is more a call than a fold.

If you think that you're behind, pre-flop, it's not a bad fold, especially if there's multiple players in the hand or if you're up against another big stack. It depends on your chip stack and how much money's in the pot. But if it's a straight up race situation, it's not a bad fold.
