Flatting 3bets

Flatting 3bets both IP/OOP is something I am struggling with at the moment against unknowns. Im not sure if im playing fine or if im leaking.
Basically I hate flatting 3bets anywhere at the table and have mainly been folding or 4betting.
Basically im trying to get a range of flatting 3bets both in position and out.
and remember this is against unknowns....

stack sizes is super important when making this decision, and so is postion. if they are unknown pay attention to their bet sizing in other hands. sometimes you can find a small hand here. also, i think if it really that hard of a decision maybe you should wait for more premium hand hands where the decision is easy. then once you get a feel and hand history you can open up a little more bc you have more info. hope this helps a little

Im just at a point where I think it is a leak and I am exploitable part of my game so I would love to fix the leak.
Though it isnt making me a loosing player or loosing me a great deal of money I think it is something I need to work on but im really not sure where to start

When the cards aren't coming and u seem to be hurting.. tighten up or go back to the basics til u gain the confidence.
Your calling their bet and getting trapped? 4betting them with aa and they fold?

Sorry may of read this wrong im pretty tired but I dont get what your saying?
I havnt lost confidence in my game or feel that it is a huge leak or dealing with variance? Im fine with my game at the moment but I feel this is one thing I need to tighten up or form a plan with

I am using this for reference:

If I can't stack off according to that then I flat with JJ, QQ, AKs.

TT and AKo I am not really so sure about.

Now, you said unknowns so I guess you can adjust this a bit to lets say:
- call: JJ-QQ-AKs
- 4bet: KK, AA

Someone more experienced/competent can correct me here.
