A little confused as what you are asking. If you mean you would play a hand to a raise on one of the blinds, that you wouldnt play in late position then NO you have things the wrong way round.
The only thing to take into account on the blinds really is the fact that you have a little money in the pot already. other than that it is a horrible position to play from. You are either first or second to act after the flop, which can be a horrible place to be with the wrong flop (and sometimes with the right one).
Suited connectors are much more playable in late possition because if you miss the flop completely but it looks like every1 else did also you can try to take the pot, you do not have this info in first position until the next round which could make someones hand.
In general the blinds are aweful possitions
