I'd refine that advice a bit.
If someone's demonstrated a tendency to chase, then value bet them unless the visible draw comes in. If someone's willing to call an allin with TPTK, then push your set or 2 pair.
Most of all, don't get fancy. If you flop a set, play it hard. If you try to milk it and get greedy you're just giving the moron a reason to try and hit his runner-runner.
Play at the micros (SNGs,MTTs) should be pretty straight-forward. There ARE some players who actually know what they're doing, but if you take decent notes and pay attention you'll identify them pretty quickly. As for the rest, they think TPTK is the nuts, AA can never be cracked, and they very often forget when a pot's been limped all the way around and the blinds could have anything lol.
