Hi, i have a doubt and i hope you can help me. I am playing vs a 59/5, fcbet 50 flop , fcbet 0 turn.

i´m playing in a 6-max table and i ROL with :ac4: :kc4:. The hand was:

Stacks:
UTG (€4.31) 86bb
MP (€2.50) 50bb
CO al0815 (€1.77) 35bb
BTN DisHarrower (€3.56) 71bb
SB Me (€2) 40bb
BB miantonio (€2.42) 48bb

Pre-Flop: (€0.07, 6 players) I am SB :kc4: :ac4:
2 folds, CO calls €0.05, 1 fold, I raise to €0.23, 1 fold, CO calls €0.18

Flop: :9h4: :js4: :8s4: (€0.49, 2 players)
I bet €0.25, CO calls €0.25

Turn: :ks4: (€0.99, 2 players)
I check, al0815 check

River: :7c4: (€0.99, 2 players)
I check, CO check

Final Pot: €0.99
CO shows
:4c4: :10c4:

CO wins €0.95 (net +€0.47)

I lost €0.48

I don´t know how he calls preflop and the call in the flop. That is ridiculous. I think the free card in the turn and in the river is a bad move, but is very desmotivating how people play like that. He didn´t know he had straight!! Taht kind of things discourage a lot :( . I hear yout opinion, thanks.

PDT: Excuse my english, it is not very good.

Thanks for reading the post and for answering. And yeah, he had played the last 7 hands consecutively and three times he folded to the cbet of another player. The other hands he stealed.

I tough preflop he didn´t have nothing, but the flop calls make me desist to the cbet in the turn (he had 0% fold to cbet in the turn). I tough he could have two pair or something like that :(

I don´t really know how to play against that kind of players that are a lot of in the micro stages.

His call on the flop was bad. However; there are so many more hands where you will get action and have him dominated. So in the long run you want that action.

The flop is where it got wacky. On such a wet board it's hard to cbet if you didn't hit. It's very likely the other player hit or picked up a draw. On the flop it was pretty much a coin flip. Might have been better to check, but you saw him fold to so many cbets so I would say a marginal decision. Once the king hit you are around an 80% favorite. It was a mistake not betting there. I would have gone about 3/4 pot. He sounds passive so I would check the straight completing and he's not gonna bet unless he has the nuts.

Just remember there are more things going for the cbet than just pickin up the pot. Among many other benefits it builds a pot for those times you get called and end up with an actual hand. If he calls a second barrel and hits... You'll win the next 4 times he misses.

Yea although in the short run you lost money to this player, in the long run you can make so much from him. Make sure you note what he did and exploit him next time. Sit on his table when you play as you know he is a fish and will make mistakes
