Do sites like Poker-edge help your game?

I'm somewhat torn between this site being a help or not in reading other players. At first I thought this was pretty sweet to be able to type in their user name and get some info on how they play. Lately though it seems I'm relying on this a little too much. Just because they label someone a calling station or a green fish doesn't mean they play every hand that way. Does too much info occasionally cloud the judgement or am I not filtering some of this properly? What's your opinion on this site or others like it?

I bought poker edge last year and I stopped using it a while ago. It is not accurate, only gives stats for that site not the player in general and it did not work on alot of sites, and I found out after joining here it is actually against most poker sites rules to use.

Poker-edge is definitely a joke for a site. Stay away from sites like that. If you want to better your game, join a training site like cardrunners or deucescracked, or leggo poker. they will help you immensely
