Usually with so many action, I suppose I was beaten. I still hope can hear your opinion. Should I still call it?

First hand
U need to be much more aggressive in this spot. This is a very standard 3 bet preflop. But the way u played it preflop, u DEF need to be raising this flop. U are ahead of a hand as strong as JJ and have good decent equity even against KK. Most likely he has neither of those hands, all the more reason to raise. U should be willing to get ur chips in on the flop. I would be raising this flop extremely often and firing a turn barrel with 100% frequency.

With the way it played out tho, I'm probably not folding this river. U have to think about it from villian's shoes. He isn't putting u on an ace at all because of the flop texture, he's putting u on a hand like 109. Therefore he is going to fire the river as a bluff to try and get u off of all hands similar to 109 like j9,q9, k9 108 etc

The second hand, we need to be betting much more on the turn. We can rule out qq KK aa of villians range because they would have 3 bet preflop and there is no way he has 44 and is betting the flop. Therefore his most likely hand is some flush draw or mid pp or even total air. I would consider shoving the turn. Ur hand is very vulnerable, so many ugly river cards. U have to be much more aggro in both these spots at these micro stakes. U r playing way too nitty IMO but u can easily change it. U can't b scared to lose money.

Thank you. I maybe need to adjust more.I usually be more aggressive. But I just call AQ AK suit recently, as I 3bet a lot.
I want to balance a little. As suited AQ AK are very big and also have flush possible.

About the bet size, the second one ,if I bet more I am afraid only betterhand will call me.The bet size I choose is just to make sure they do not have enough odds for dr hand.
Maybe I am wrong. I just do not want to lose the calling station.
Like the second hand, I definitely will not shove because only the hand beaten me will call. I have some experience. But if I bet like pot size, I am afraid he will fold.
By the way the result is he has A3.I suppose the turn bet should be ok , he made the call with wrong odds.

I think I should fold after so many action. I just want to know other people's thought. Next time I will always fold in that situation.
