What do you do with the money won in free tournaments, when I win what I do is get to play at cash tables I accumulate and then withdraw and leave something to continue playing

Nowadays I'm just learning a lot, playing with friends before I jump into the internet poker where everyone wants to make profit out of it, so more skilled players.
How to play? I think online you gotta have to play by the numbers, you will barely get any information on all the people out there, so statistics becomes your best friend.
When to play? When not tilted and you are fresh, have the time and in no hurry.

One of my favorite quotes is, "Call less, raise more, fold most". It it works most of the time. But the only thing which I'm still battling against is my discipline, which I lose when i have top pairs and two pairs. I get excited and stop reading my opponent's cards and gets tilted later
