Definition of crushing?

So when someone is trying to reduce their variance, they want a 5bb/100 hands.

So is crushing it when you're making 20bb/100 hands? or can it be less....


just wondering as feel if you fold the hands you don't belong in and throw in a few 3 bets and continuation on the flop, show a few weak showdowns to make people wanna shuv you later when you hit the nuts on the river later on for a big pot etc... crushing it


so anyone steadily climbing the ranks on 155+bb/100 hands? at 100nl

I feel crushed when I lose more than 0.5BI during one session, around 400 hands, -12.5bb/100 -> That would mean being crusher would mean he wins more than 12bb/100.
