I don't know if there is a way to answer this question exactly. If everyone is deep stacked you can play a looser game because the implied odds increase, however your core game should still be pretty tight. Deep stacks require you to have a better idea of what is going on and you need to be able to make good folds and not over commit with TPTK, or even 2-pair.
I don't know what the "ideal" way to play it is.

I suspect there is no single best way to play deep-stacked because individual players are different. For instance, you can generally play looser, but loosening up isn't something that everyone does equally well.

There is no "correct" way to play anything in Poker, so I was just asking for general advice. I don't play deepstacked in cash games because I seem to make costly post flop mistakes from time to time. I don't want to be that deep player who has no idea what he's doing and paying everyone off.
