If you're a dc member, and you're playing 25nl or just starting 50nl (6max), strongly recommend watching Ghost: Ambtndplyr #2 video.
My basic style is what's known as a "bad TAG" - i.e., I'm extremely predictable, don't change gears effectively, and play very tight. This style can be effective, I think, even at 100nl imo. But it's never going to generate monster winrates. I've been looking to develop a looser style - watching a lot of BalugaWhale, Grindcore, and other vids, reading, thinking, etc.
This video has a very nice discusssion of 3betting - why, what to look for situationally, HUD stats, etc. The presenter's voice/presentation skills are pretty dry (don't fall asleep in the first 8 minutes, deal w his accent, it gets better), but watching his play and thought process is great. 2tabling 50nl, he runs around 40/40 w a 25% 3bet. He also discusses other topics that are useful/good/informative, but this was the topic I got the most out of. It's pretty basic and doesn't require alot of prior knowledge of 3betting - but it's a very good discussion.
I immediately played a session after watching where I ran significantly looser than my normal game (normally 17 VPIP, played 28 VPIP) and 3bet like crazy (40% on one table) - lots of fun, and the session went well - watching how players react (badly) was enlightening as well!
