Hello, I am going to start posting daily pots that I was in- to hopefully get some feedback, and pointers. I don't have many people to discuss poker with, so hopefully I can make some friends on here, and gain some knowledge. I am currently playing 1/2NL- $40-$200 buy in.... Here is the hand of the day(and I will try to learn the correct abbreviations as time goes on):
I have KQ off in SB
There is a live straddle to 4
1st to act, 4th and 5th all call 4
I raise to 21..... 4th and 5th to act call
FLOP- KK10, 2 clubs
I bet 25, they both fold.
Right play, or should I have slow played? 4th to act is a higher stakes player, whose stack size matched mine (around 350), he is a very good player... 5th to act had about 50 left in front of him, and is normally a loose aggressive player, but hadn't been involved in too much action yet.
My thoughts was that 4th to act may try to raise me, thinking I wouldn't bet out with a K.... or 5th would possible call just because he normally calls a lot.
Thanks in advance for the help- and I look forward to discussing hands daily with everybody.

Its good decision to raise, if they called this raise preflop it was a chance they have QJ, or meiby they have club suit, still not best hand, many outs. Good play. Its better to win a smaller bank than let them get ,,free cards'' and get stronger combination.

It was ok because you wanted to protect your hand, but in my opinion a slowplay was even better, if you had gambling people with you they will raise, you just scared them, but you won the pot and this is important.
Every good hand you have try to think how you can get maximum value .
