161 hands is WAY to little of a sample, but if you're shortstacking a table playing 38% of your hands, it is way too loose.

161 hands will tell you nothing. Not even 1161 hands will record an accurate representation of your play, but so far you are playing far too loose, though that could be circumstantial due to the play at the table, which is why you need a larger sample size in the first place.

Althoough 10K hands isn't enough (about 40-50k is the minimum) with stats from 10K you can then ask for an appraisal of where your possible leaks might be. This should certainly help improve your game.

I think you play looose and bad.You can play loose and good.If you like playing loose you should bet and raise more. You are playing that kind of game that brings you small pots but makes you lose big ones. But it`s not recommended to play loose all the time, keep changing your play.Good luck!

If you are using HEM try using Leak Buster to analyze your stats. It will show you were your leaks are and give you a ton of training videos and other content to set you on the right path. Then it's all up to you to execute.
