Phil Hellmuth is awesome and everything (hehe), but if you're interested in playing cash, I would look elsewhere for advice.
Just looked it up, and apparently Phil Hellmuth's top ten is as follows:-
1. A-A
2. K-K
3. Q-Q
4. A-K suited
5. J-J
6. 10-10
7. 9-9
8. 8-8
9. A-Q suited
10. 7-7
It's not a good idea if you
only play the above hands (i.e. fold everything else), especially against people who are paying attention to you 'range'. TBH I doubt even Phil Hellmuth suggests these are the only hands you should play. You could most likely pop most of them into your value 3bet range though.
I guess if you were playing FR at a low stake you might squeeze out a profit... not sure though.
