I only play fixed-limit and I would go in with these hands from the correct position no matter what. Three people can be raising and I'll go in hoping to catch the best hand. It's fixed-limit remember. You can only lose a certain amount.
I know my positioning changed from everyone else, but I like this setup and it's my version. It have kept me from getting into trouble.
Unraised "Small Blind" (hopefully the "Big Blind" checks or I'll fold)
1. 22-AA
2. Any two 10-Value Cards
3. Suited Connectors 45 or Better
4. Suited 1-Gappers 46 or Better
Unraised "Big Blind"
1. Any 2 Cards (wish me luck on flopping quads or a full house)
Pre-Flop Raising Hand (from any position)
1. AA (I will cap the bet if my opponent kept of reraising. I do have the best hand pre-flop)
2. KK
3. QQ
4. AK suited or unsuited.
I would never (at least I tried) play cards out of position in a cash game. AQ offsuited UTG is an easy fold for me. I know Post Flop is a whole different Animal. Let me know if I'm playing too tight or too loose. How can I improve?
