Hey guys, recently i have been trying out a new play on some regulars which has worked pretty good. When im on the button with say a suited ace, suited 1-gapper or a suited connector i will usually cold call if a reg is raising me from the btn or sb. The majority of the time when regs are raising from really late position they will have a super wide range of hands and will have trouble feeling comfortable postflop the vast majority of the time. I find this a great opportunity to bluff the flop and sometimes 2 barrel. Have you guys had any experience with this play? Do you think just 3-betting the initial PFR would be as profitable if not more? Let me know your opinions.

I think he is talking about people button stealing his BB. And whether it is better to 3 bet them or call and bet/ check raise the flop on them.

Personally, I would say to mix it up, so they can never really be too sure what you are doing. But I'm not too mathy, so there is probably something better to do.

If I see that someone is doing it often, I'm going to 3Bet them over just calling to get postflop. You're giving them too much of a chance to hit something in their wide range when you can just take the pot down now or just fold your sub par hand that has no postflop equity.
