I though that I had good equity against both players on the flop because the original raiser 21/16 could be c-beting with air and the caller was a p-fish (he started with 1/2 stack).

My plan was to make the aggressor fold better hands (JJs and QQs) and get max value from the p-fish (he could easily have 9x and weak flush draws)

When villain shoves I thought thatI had enough equity to call once had so many flush draw in his range combined with his values hands

Did I make a huge mistake here and I can't realize?

Your flop check-raise seems mega-strong, and he's not worried. Pretty sure you're drawing to a two-outer, and even if you're ahead, he's going to have at least AcKc, giving him over 15 outs and still 55% equity (meaning that even though you're ahead right now, he's still going to improve more than half the time!!!).

What hand are you representing on the flop that is going to make any better hands fold? What is villain going to think you have? Maybe he does have QQ, but if he did, he is not going to fold here because the only hands that beat a high pocket pair is another pocket pair (either higher or connects with the board to make trips.)

Villain probably thinks you are bluffing with air, and if he does have a better hand than he is going to think you have a pair of 9s probably. Only worse hands are folding to your bet.

3bet preflop.
As played, flat call the flop

Any stats on villain?
