Cash Games - Do you Chop

I play at the local card room and most people chop if it's folded to the blinds. It seems to be frowned upon when people say they don't chop. What's proper ettiquite here?

Yes. There are 1.5 BBs in the pot, and playing the hand takes time. Move on to the next hand.

And if you chop you should always chop, regardless of your hand. If you chop when you're the SB, you should chop when you're the BB.

When I get a premium in the SB and the BB doesn't want to chop, I usually just shove.

Would love to chop but some dealers at Crown are anal about it.
